Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 2.4 Could be a legitimate middle tier fraternity if they picked up they're recruiting efforts, and actually tried a little bit. Have a decent house, pretty long history at UT, and some good alumni.. They just need some undergrads that are worth something
