Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 3.2 I went to pledge line with a pledge from from delta sig. We went to a nice restaurant, they were all extremely polite. I've been to a bunch of frats where the guys didn't introduce themselves or anything, but these guys all made me feel very welcome. Their house is beautiful from the outside, and what I would expect from a bunch of boys living together on the inside. I've seen a lot of people on here say theyre bottom, but I've been to a lot of the other frats and I'd say they're middle tier.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 2.2 There are maybe one or two cool delta sigs, other than that a very mediocre group of guys. Small house, not many parties, and not really fratty but guess that's better than not having a house at all

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 2.0 I think they're the best of the actual bottom tier fraternities (meaning better than ACACIA now). However, they're clearly going to be a bottom-tier fraternity for the forseeable future. Decent house, but they haven't rushed well. Still seem to have a good brotherhood.

NEW ON GREEKRANK

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 3.6 All BS aside, I checked these guys out a while back and got to meet a couple of the guys. The parties were chill and so were the guys i met. I ended up pledging another fraternity, but theres no doubt I have respect for the folks i met. Nice house btw

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 2.2 As Brother of Delta Sig from a quality chapter, pretty disgustied to see how bad these guys are. They have a decent house, alot of histroy but no brothers that are worth anything and no drive to get better. Its a shame

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 4.0 Cool dudes, went to some of their summer rush parties. Nice house & these guys seem more laid back than some of the other fraternities, definitely suggest checking some of their parties out.

I guess they have an alright location but that's about it. spring 2013 pledge class was just three guys because like ten dropped at the same time if that gives you an idea of their real rank. they're desperate enough to skip pledging with some rushees, too
