Theta Phi has made me feel so included and valued as a sister. Since joining they have been kind, helpful, motivating, and everything more than I expected. I am so happy I went out of my comfort zone and joined, it was one of the best choices I made in college :)

As a freshman at Salem State, I was very nervous about fitting in. I am shy and don't know how to put myself out there. I attended the Involvement Fair yesterday and I am so glad I did. Theta Phi made me feel so at home and listened to everything I had to say. They made me feel like my voice actually matters. Such an amazing group of girls and all so kind.

Theta Phi has such welcoming and caring sisters! They always show their support to other organizations on campus and towards their own sisters. I loved every second of recruitment and wouldn’t have changed it for the world!
