I have been apart of the Greek life on campus for my four years at WU. That being said, I really can only speak for the sororities on campus; there was absolutely no hazing and the majority of girls were accepted into a sorority. It isn't very competitive, which I think speaks to the priorities our organizations maintain on campus. WU sororities are about female empowerment and having a close-knit group of women that support and appreciate each other. Sure there is plenty of drama and petty arguments, but there's drama on every corner of a college campus. In my experience, the greek community is a safe place for women seeking a home away from home.
