Ranks and Explanations for Each Fall 2025

Top:
SAE
Fiji
— Both are basically the same kinds of people, huge PCs so brotherhood sucks but throw big parties if you’re looking for that

Lower top:
AEPi
— Slightly worse version of Fiji and SAE, about the same tho for vibe

Upper Mid:
Beta — full of the most coasties so a lot of questionable personalities, otherwise chill
OX — Banned from campus for being weird w girls in like 2020 but seems to have recovered, known for throwing glass at people
Lodge — probably most chill in this bracket, mostly good dudes, don’t really throw a lot of parties
DU — fallen from grace but still doable

Mid:
Ksig — Was Taus in like 2016, got banned and came back, kind of a wildcard to see where they’ll go, lot of squids rn but could get better later
Delt — Dead average frat, about mid for everything, seem content w it

Lower Mid:
Pike — apparently losing house 2026, dues insane for the quality of parties and the house
TKE — Diddiest of the frats, ladies watch your drinks. Cool house but squids
Acacia — just a standard lower mid house, not much else to say
Phi Delt — lot of big personalities here for a house so lowly ranked. Losing house 2026, mid parties, guys I know in here either love it or hate it and dropped no in between. Chronic greekrank self rankers

Smaller Frats, Less Relevant, Still Rushable: DChi — Geed house but if you’re into it go for it, losing their house to Chi Phi 2026 or 27. Chronic self rankers
TDX — Narc house, runs most of IFC yet somehow still gets put on sopro regularly, lot of squids and no real room for parties besides small basement. Chronic self rankers
PKS — Never been in this house but see these guys outside all the time. 2 guys I know in here like it but otherwise know nothing abt it
ZBT — Were always a baus but just lost their house on Langdon, definitely going to die off if they can’t get back on Langdon

Not Relevant:
ASig, Pi Lam, anything else — Either “starter” frats or literally in the middle of nowhere on campus. Pi Lam is the only different one bc they’re popular during football season but die off during the spring
