Langdon Reset and Frats

A ton of the mid/lower mid frats are getting kicked out of their houses/already have been kicked out (Phi Delt fall 2026, Pike 2026, ZBT already, Dchi 2026). It’s gonna take at least a few years for the old frats to remove the squids they needed to refill their homes but who’s gonna fill up the mid tier slots in the mean time?

TDX or PKS, both have had decent recent pcs and are a good rush away from being mid tier

Idk why it seems so controversial from the last comment but definitely TDX or PKS, TDX has the house but they got to change up the squids and PKS is the reverse they need a better house but the guys are chill
