Accuracy implies that there exists a real, quantifiable definition of quality in the Greek system. Given that our opinions of chapters are totally subjective, there is absolutely no way to determine the accuracy of these.
What I think you're trying to ask is if there are people who have different opinions than that of the typical rankings poster. And to that, I say no.

within these tiers, it comes down to opinion, but i feel like this best captures people's ops of frats
In no order within tiers
TOP: Ksig, SAE, DU, Sig Ep, Sig Chi
Upper Mid: FIJI, Theta Chi
Mid: The Lodge, Aepi, Sammy, Chi Psi
Bottom Mid: Psi U, Pike, ZBT
Bottom: TKE, DTD, Sig Pi, Sig Phi, (any of the other unhoused chapters

agree. and here would be the best capture of opinion on sororities:
TOP: Gamma Phi, Kappa, DG
Upper Middle: AXO
Middle: Alpha Phi, Phi Phi (and Chi O & AEPHI but they're different)
Bottom: Theta, Tri-Delt

until a chapter like murders a pledge, these are pretty much the widely held opinions on fraternity and sorority "ranks"

it's more set in stone for girls than for guys
It's taken alpha phi 4 years of consistantly good pledge classes to even be considered similar to alpha phi
it's harder for sororities to move around cuz they don't experience the risks fraternities do
Fraternity rankings are much less set in stone. Fraternities experience a lot more risk and their popularity stems from their abilitity to throw parties. If a house is off campus, they can't throw down
For example, if the Lodge got 2 really good Pc's and OX/FIJI didn't continue improving, they would easily move into that upper middle spot

this is so true. every single person has different favorite houses and different opinions of every house.
all the rankings that are posted on this page are an attempt to sum up the general consensus on whose good. make up your own mind on what chapters you like
