Theta Delta Chi - ΘΔΧ Fraternity at University of Wisconsin, Madison - UW 4.6 They are completely renovating their house and have one of the best group of guys I've ever met. In 1-3 years will be very solid considering that they have a long history being the oldest frat on campus with the oldest house, which is about to be completely renovated on the inside. Rush here

Theta Delta Chi - ΘΔΧ Fraternity at University of Wisconsin, Madison - UW 1.2 The fraternity is sub par, but it has decent 5-10 year potential. Biggest Pro's: Above average brotherhood and storied campus history. Biggest Con's: No house, no $$$, no sorority relationships, no parties. For comparison, consider some of the other groups on campus... Mansion-esque houses, weekly sorority pre-bars/a-bars, endowments, and actually parties.
