Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Wisconsin, Madison - UW 2.2 These were the guys that wanted to be cool in high school and never were and are now doing the same thing in college. Some of the guys aren't bad when they aren't being tools, definitely not the most attractive bunch and you'd think they could get cooler more interesting pledges with the new house but that didn't really happen. Was really disappointed in these guys since I knew a lot of their older members from high school.
