Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Wisconsin, Madison - UW 4.5 these boyz are for sure the hawtest on campus!!! i heard they got their humo sets professionally done...but hey good for them! they wont best sets so they did something right. am i right or am i right? they had the CRAZIEST party on mifflin. can you say buh-lackout. they deserve to be wayyy higher on the list. kthnxbai
