Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of Wisconsin, Madison - UW 3.6 Chi Phi has a great group of gents in the fraternity, but I have heard rumors all around about them losing their charter and possibly being evicted. Anyone want to explain this?

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of Wisconsin, Madison - UW 3.2 People need chill with this chi phi thing. Who really cares about something that happened a year ago, get over it. But also they are an unrecognized house and not very big/socially involved. Middle tier house on a good day and just be on your way. No need for hating or praising.
