Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at University of Detroit Mercy - UDM 1.9 Honestly, it seems like they let anyone into their fraternity. They are never involved on campus and rarely see any of them. They have a decent sized house but it is absolutely trashed. I am surprised it is still standing. Their backyard looks like an abandoned dumping site, filled with weeds, glass, and garbage. Not sure if they are just socially awk but their interaction with non-greek students is weird. They also have room temp IQ.

Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at University of Detroit Mercy - UDM 5.0 Mostly down to earth guys who know how to have a great time. Best GPA compared to the other fraternities and wouldn't really expect it from how hard they party. Really personable and lovable guys.

Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at University of Detroit Mercy - UDM 4.6 Great house to party at, though probation for all orgs has limited it this year. Hands down the best one of the three. I've heard they have the best GPA of all fraternities, which you wouldn't expect with how much they party. They get a bad rep sometimes due to their partying, but I don't visit the other houses as they never have parties (and I stopped going to the ones they do have).

Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at University of Detroit Mercy - UDM 4.6 Best fraternity on UDM's campus by far! Every Friday the only thing I hear is "Is Phi Kap throwing a party?" The other two fraternities have not gotten as much positive attention as the bros of Phi Kap because they are no where near as active on campus. Maybe the occasional Thirsty Thursday at KDR will be decent, but the parties at PKT are consistently hype!
