Why is theta xi on this? TDX is definitely more comparable to the middle tier houses than theta xi. Also yea TKE should be that high. Idk why people get all butthurt about TKE but face it they pregame with theta, they're a good house. Also DTD should definitely be above delta chi and pikapps. I mean DU is pretty comparable but even that you could argue that DTD is better. Ultimately you gotta think that with these rankings that don't divide into comparable tiers, you're gonna have a lot of disagreement about the specifics.

DTD beat DU for pregame partners last year and got a bigger/better pledge class this year. You could say they're comparable maybe but to say that DU is better is ridiculous
