the new sorority
by: interestingIt's interesting how people feel about the new sorority. There seem to be two camps. One camp is kind of punitive and says they're "barely a thing" and have to "start at the bottom." The other camp recognizes that they recruited an amazing class for a new house and puts them in the middle somewhere. I'm not in that house or in any house that would be affected by their ratings. I just thought it was an interesting observation.

Gamma Phi Beta's national organization owns the house that DPhiE currently lives in. Yes, they will be living in it starting next year. As far as I know, DPhiE has not publicly announced where they will be living next year.

no the house will be under renovation next year, they will not be occupying it until Fall 2016. As for Dphie they have temporary housing for next year

I'm gonna say they did pretty good for a new house that didn't even recruit during recruitment. Not a top house for sure, but if it were anyone else I'd think they did okay.

no new sorority is gonna start out in the middle, its not realistic. With new sororities its gonna be a majority of strange girls. Not saying Gphi can't move up, they def can but not the first year here. ZTA started off half cool half weird AF but they made it to the middle so its possible, but not right away.

Speaking of a house - when will they get one? Is the rumor true of them getting the house deeph is in?
