Gamma Phi Beta has been renting their house to Deeph and are taking it back next year after recolonization. So yeah, they have to find a new house.

From what I heard, Deeph was allowed to give house tours during second set but Panhel made them make it clear to the girls rushing that they wouldn't be living in that house next year.
