Why is SAE so hated?

I’m wondering is sae is really that bad or if it’s all talk. I’ve heard they are doing a lot better compared to a few years ago locking up a PGP and doing mixers with multiple sororities. Are they bouse like everyone says or are they a standard low mid frat that gets too much hate
