Chi Psi deserves a pgp

Chi Psi throws sick parties at the lodge and are overall great guys. Way better than SAE psi u and sig chi. They deserve AGD as a pgp over SAE tbh.

Their current pgp is DPhie, but they are not gonna survive much longer with the return of Kappa Alpha Theta.
