Aepi and Phi Delt are failing

Aepi and Phi Delt have been getting weak pledge classes and they just can't get people to ignore all their problems. They are on here just spamming self-ranks like that is going to work for recruiting better pledge classes.

They flood the chat with self ranks to hide what is being said about them.
