Which Frats don’t have winter rush?

I’m a Freshman who was always planning to rush winter. Just heard that some don’t have winter rush. which ones?

Dke doesn't have winter rush. Historically other higher tier frats like Phi Psi, Fiji, and Phi Delt take only about 5-10 kids in the winter
