What makes ox, phi psi, and aepi high tier?
by: FreshmanI don’t get the rankings. What’s makes ox better than phi psi. Or what makes the higher tier fraternities better than the mid tier. Is it based off of house orrrr..... idk. I’m looking to rush winter and I always see ox phi si and aepi at the top. I’m just confused on what the rankings are based off of.
