So does this mean theta is never coming back? why did they get a new house after remodeling the inside of their old house before rush last year??

also, who will take aopi's house?

Deeph nationals own their current house. Given the mold issue this fall, it’s obvious they’re renting theta while they clean up their house a bit. Theta would’ve sold their house a long time ago if they’d planned on doing do

Theta didn't sell their house. Deeph is renting it with a clause that their lease will be terminated when Theta recharters @ umich.
