most colleges wait to start a new chapter at a school when another one is just being created, as you can see this is the outcome. Sad for them, I would hate to be in their position

The AOPi startup was sadly doomed from the start by weak recruiting, poor management/lack of financial support by headquarters and sky high dues. Typical 'cut and run' by AOPI that has happened at other schools. The national didn't support the chapter and just did everything it could to suck money from the poor unsuspecting members who joined in good faith. The national being part of the Dixie Mafia didn't help much either unfortunately but members found out too late what the national was all about.

Yes SAE still owns the house, AOII had a lease. They’ll probably lease it to someone else but I doubt it’ll be a Greek chapter
