Can I join a sorority as a sophomore?

Can I still rush as sophomore? I really regret not rushing this year.

yes I think so. you can definitely do COB if not real rush. also don't feel too left out bc I didn't get super close with my pc since we had to leave campus so early and ik a lot of freshman feel the same way:(
