does skin color affect your chances to get a bid?

Hi,

I didn't rush this term, but does being Indian/not-white affect your chances of getting into a top tier fraternity?
Are there any Indians in the top/uppermid/mid tier frats?

I know there's at least one indian kid in Pike, so if that's not top tier, it's at least respectable.

It does, trust me. They assume that you are either really nerdy, unathletic, or won't be able to talk to girls. Don't try too hard, but show them that you are actually really cool and relaxed. Also, make sure your appearance is good (but don't try too hard to look like a frat star it makes you look like an idiot).
