can i cob again

I dropped rush and then a week after bid day I decided to accept a COB bid from a sorority. I’m not loving it and I’ve given it time to see if anything changes but it doesn’t. I’m just not close with the girls in my pc and instead always go out with my friends who happen to be in another sorority. If I were to drop (haven’t been initiated yet), could I possibly get a cob to the sorority my friends are in? Or would they be hesitant to give me a cob since I already dropped once?
Ps The one my friends are in happens to be one of the “top 5” ones so I don’t know if that makes a difference.
