why aren’t we top tier?

I joined my fraternity in fall as a freshman not knowing how low we were. I feel laughed at by almost all of greek life.

Recently, we have increased our chapter size by recruiting the mens badminton club and chess team into our ranks. On top of that we have had mixers with not only the environmental club of michigan, but even dchi.

Our fraternity has the best brotherhood on campus. We have puzzle nights and bachelor watch parties with lots of wine. We do not haze at all.

Why arent we top tier yet and what can we do to get there?
