just want to say that people of color don't often join or attempt to join greek life in general. that is a problem in itself plus michigan is pretty white for a public university. a bunch of things go into this equation but the culture definitely needs to change in order to be more inclusive and appear that way to a more diverse audience

this is a good response. there's definitely at min one minority in every top frat and at least for the older pcs, many of them have multiple (i know for sure aepi, fiji, pike) though obviously we could do better as a whole

Also don't forget about black and latino frats. If you're a minority (I'm white if you couldn't tell), I'm sure many of them also consider rushing those frats, and I'm kind of talking out my ass but I've heard those are pretty selective, and have probably have a tier system in their own right. They honestly seem dope, but I've heard they haze really hard (harder than many of the "top tiers" your thinking of), but offer super close brotherhood, and in many ways a more genuine greek experience than we could ever with all the regulations, ifc etc etc

This is flat out wrong. There are countless hispanics and a few black kids in AEPi, there are several Hispanics and even some middle eastern kids in DKE, phi psi and Ox have 0 diversity though.
