Phi Psi basically just initiates you as soon as you accept your bid.

Do not choose to rush/accept a bid from a fraternity based on how easy or hard the pledge term is. Choose a fraternity and pledge bc you actually like the brothers and want to be a part of their brotherhood

The harder you get “hazed” the more respect you’ll have for your house. Don’t worry about it during rush and don’t pick an easy pledge term house
