Sigma Chi - better mixers/pre-games this year and pi phi as pgp
DU/Lambda - mergers do wonders for previously weird frats
Psi U - great house and heard good things about their mixers
ATO - recruited larger PCs, heard they had a better social scene

Falling:
ASig - banned from UMich, terrible St. Pattys, lost winterfest
DSig - still party with random kids to fill their space
Shady - even with a new house couldn’t put together solid mixers

how can you say dsig is falling? they have a dope party space this year, they went from having no pgp to getting deeph, and they are recruiting way better than in the past. you just some salty goober in tdx or pi kapp
