ATO should be considered in the lower mid. They had a great rush this year and have great mixers. Definitely comparable to Pi Kapp and Delta Sig

Sig Chi and DTD are a lot better than Dsig and Pi Kapp. I would arrange it so that Dsig, Pi Kapp, and ATO were in their own tier
