Pike - they have their house situation figured out. Still a chill frat and have recruited well
Psi U - great house and have had a good rep with sororities they mix with
ATO - been building their brotherhood. Great house, nice guys

Falling:
Phi Psi - losing their clout as the number one frat
ASig - between the ban from Michigan and their horrible St. Patty’s, hard to see them doing well
DTD - didn’t get Zeta as pgp. Keep messing up with sororities and being rude

I would say that all of these are true except pike, they are definitely falling with their last few pcs and losing the ability to host winterfest.
