I think this is more based on the pregame partner itself, not really the locations of the houses. So since no other sorority but zeta wanted to be with du, you guys got put 3rd to last on this list

yeah nobody wanted to be with DU, not really even zeta. They knew if they asked anyone else it would be a no, so they stuck with zeta and even that almost didn't work out. Guarentee that if chiphi asked zeta, du would not have a pgp
