pi phi is still doing a smaller COB. zeta and gphi are finished (i think zeta may still be giving snap bids but their pc is 100+)

So AOPi and KD will probably have it ongoing, GPhi and Zeta are done, and Pi Phi is doing a mini one. Was there anyone else or is that it?

DG offered a ton of bids this year bc so many girls dropped, i think most sororities actually did some version of COB/ are doing it
