It's important to see past the image a sorority creates during recruitment. Many of the houses do not treat each other fairly and often separate their pledge class into different groups based on looks and social skills. It is important to respect yourself and your values during recruitment and to not change to fit the image of a particular house. Especially with the letter that was released, it is important to not be tricked into thinking houses are what they portray during the recruitment process. Also, remember that the "top houses" are not necessarily the best place to be. Some of the other houses have much better sisterhoods and much stronger values. All houses have social events and do the same things, so do not be blinded by what others consider to be the "top houses" on campus.
