tridelt vs aphi: who's on top?

So, which sorority is actually top sorority on campus? I keep on seeing either one as top on these ranking lists, and have always thought of phi as THE house on campus, but that doesn't seem to be the case on here. So which is it?

its definitely phi tri delt is obviously second best but phi is still better it's just self ranks

Honestly all the guys including myself can vouch for this, Tri delt is definitely the top house. Phi has babes no doubt but Tri Delt girls are fun, hot, and nice. Plus they all actually like each other which is good lol

Its phi. you'll see once you get to campus. Everyone knows alpha phi is top and girls choose tri delt as a second
