Pike trending downward. DU Lambda and DTD are trending up

You can add Chi Phi and Fiji to rising. Top 3 are stable as always.

u most certainly cannot say that chi phi and fiji are rising when fiji had sopro almost all year and chi phi hasnt changed at all

Pike’s decline is pretty sad. The only reason girls still come to their stuff is because they let fiji rage in their house.

Also a lot of current freshman sorority girls don’t like the current pike freshman because there aren’t many falls and the guys they gave social bids in the winter are super creepy

Greek life is for the most part cyclical. Houses will trend down for a few years and come back up in a few. Sometimes huge changes can happen but just go where you like the guys. A house trending up now could fall or be kicked off by the time you’re a senior
