rushing top houses as a sophomore
by: rushI just transferred from a school on the east coast after a semester of being there and missed winter rush because of a concussion. I want to rush what I've been told are the biggest (or at least most rushed) houses. could anyone give a brief summary on phi psi, ox, and pike?

Right so you're telling me that their fall pc which has 11 guys had 14 before the three dropped? Also yeah they locked up the house for another year but the main problem is they don't own it. Every year there is the potential they lose because they can't get a long term lease

do yourself a favor and dont limit yourself to "top" houses that you read about on here. rush some "middle" tier ones too with guys that may be cool too and similar to you; that's what's most important. should be rushing for the guys you'll spend a ton of time with, not the frat's status.

Besides losing a pgp who they didn’t seem to have good relations with anyway, how is pike falling apart?
