With "realistically indistinguishable". Disagree with things being or having to be the same .. In truth many houses changed in the last 5 years... With the culture of the house. For example. Theta and Kappa 5-10 years ago were not mostly one a faith house. Gamma phi and zeta were not here. Agd basically completely changed in the last 3 years. Tiers hold everyone back.

Now that AEPhi is mostly Theta is it too early for them to shake up the rankings? The house was so small that I bet the ex Thetas make up at least 1/3 or 1/2 of the house. Or will it be like Kappa in that half of the house is clearly a tier or two above the other half of the house?

First. It's not kappa
Second ranking a house in halves cracked me up.
Third -- ranking this house up because a bunch of girls just joined is irrelevant - who cares they were almost thetas. They have 3 month history with a house that is extinct. Gone. Doesn't exist.
Fourth. They are aephis now and because a house has more girls doesn't fast tract then anywhere.
Fifth. Rankings suck.

The Gphi self ranking is really becoming pathetic. Starting to look like the defunct Theta... Constantly saying it doesn't make it a reality.
