Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.2 I approached a member of this fraternity tonight and asked them about this event of theirs. He honestly seemed very distraught that all of this occurred and repeatedly apologized to me, even tho I didn't think it was that big of a deal to begin with. What is "ratchet" is not necessarily black, and as a person of color, I find the fraternity really is trying to clarify that they understand some of us found it offensive and really seem to be working toward a solution.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 3.4 Great group of guys who are super classy comparatively! Maybe not the biggest partiers on campus, but they can throw down and keep it within reason. They've been having bigger and better parties this year, and hopefully they just continue to get better.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 3.2 Great, smaller fraternity. I like their house, like their brothers, like their new pledges, and enjoyed the times I've been there. They don't seem to do much, compared to a lot of others. Overall pretty nice

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 3.4 The brothers here are always very nice to me! Treat me with respect, and I get to steal their pledges pins, which is always fun. As far as parties go, they don't do them too often, though I actually liked their one that was on Saturday night. Had a lot of fun. They don't try to be top tier, but they certainly should be respected as good guys. They don't beat their neighbors' parties, but who knows what'll happen in the future. Also, a few brothers are super cute, that always helps

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 3.8 A really chill bunch of guys, with a great house at a good location. Pretty much the only frat I would consider rushing. They've thrown some fun as hell parties, although there's room for improvement in that area.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 3.4 Great group of guys--really the only thing that matters, right? Overall the fraternity is on the rise due to pulling in a small, but quality pledge class this year. I've met all of them, and outside 1, they're all nice guys who like to have fun. Not the best house, but they don't try to be. Definitely should be middle tier.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 5.0 If these guys aren't top house, they're definitely top three. They mix with the best sororities on campus and in general throw great parties. I have a really close friend in Theta Xi and they're genuinely nice guys too. A lot nicer than Theta Chi next door anyway.
