Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 5.0 Best house on campus in my opinion. Obviously they don't drink the most or mix with the best but there are great, genuine guys that I will actually talk to when sober.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 1.6 I'm sure these guys are nice and all but honestly they're just not that relevant on the U of M campus. The ratchet party thing didn't help either, especially seeing as it was most peoples introduction to this fraternity.
