Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.6 Came here for welcome week parties and had a great time. Honestly considering rushing. I really liked their indian rush chair, he seemed very sociable and would invite a bunch of my freshmen to parties. Really liked the brothers and how they let us cut the line

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.4 Theta Xi threw some wild welcome week parties and most of the brothers are chill but there's a couple that really turned me off. This weird indian kid kept talking gibberish at me, but most bros are chill.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 1.6 Heard some nasty rumors from my boy at Alpha Management that the owner of their house is going to sell the house if they can't get more brothers next rush. When I rushed last fall literally everyone that also rushed got a bid. They are not selective at all. Also there were so many renters living in their house it turned me off.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 3.4 They're popular with who they hang out with.. Which is mostly bottom tier. Pregame partners should help and if they get a big pledge class they can move up socially

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 2.0 They have good tier IIIs occasionally which I enjoy attending. Checked this fraternity out for rush in Jan 2014 because one of the guys that brought me was extremely chill, but when I went to the house I found that the rest of the brothers were not as chill. There were some real weirdos there that lacked any sort of social skill. Additionally, it seemed like the fraternity did not really have an effective leadership strategy after speaking to the president and vice president. No girls.
