And the comment below is correct, off campus fraternitiy(s) no matter how much influence their Alumni have never survive. It's just too risky for guys to join.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 2.2 Used to be undisputed top, but having been off campus this long has hurt them. No fraternity has survived being kicked off IFC. Most recent vote to keep them off is pretty devastating. Average PC, hard to recruit with this looming.
