Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 1.0 It's a well-known fact that Pike spikes. Ladies, cover your drinks. This frat has been on a steep decline since they lost such a killer house to SNU and had to move across the street. Now all they have is their personality which, sadly, already wasn't much to begin with.

Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 1.0 Pike is losing their chapter house on Oxford road next year, which means they will not have anywhere to throw parties. They also have had 2 consecutive years of bad pledges classes, where they lost their top rushes to other houses. Pike is dropping fast and it will only get worse next year when they are homeless.
