Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.8 No they're not "top tier" but screw top tier. They legitimately don't give a crap about a rankings or what people think of them. Not only are they they most fun, down-to-earth guys I've met, but they respect women, and actually want to make friends rather than just bang. Also, all this crap about them being a "dry house." Hah if you've ever been to the house you'll know that's far from true. Also they clearly have the prettiest house on campus that they actually take care. Couldgoonbunomoreroom

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 3.8 Love Phi Delt, honestly some of the nicest guys on campus. Always really fun to go to their house and they're fun to chill with too. Can't wait for their pregame next year

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 3.4 The thing with Phi Delt is, about 1/4 of the fraternity are kids that didnt really know much about greek life and couldve gotten bids anywhere, half of the guys are okay and belong in a middle tier house, and 1/4 blow. That said, they're a lot better than they were 2/3 years ago
