Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 3.7 Very chill guys who are super diverse and really just try to have fun. Late nights have been awesome with the new party space and I like the new pc. Very solid and definitely don’t deserve most of the hate they get!

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 3.7 Mostly normal guys who smoke a bit too much weed, thus making them seem more odd than they actually are. Definitely some weird kids in their older classes, but their freshman (and some sophomores) make this house trending in the right direction. Fun parties, go a little too hard at times, but worth checking out.

Adding new party space in their new garage with a catwalk. Extending their backyard into Oxford and adding a potential basketball court. Renovation inside all 4 floors of the house.
