We mix with these girls a lot, and they are almost all attractive, some very hot, and they can easily hold a conversation. Definitely the top of the middle tier, and I hope I'll get to mix with them more often.

Personally, I think Chi Phi is the most fun out of the middle tier frat group. They know how to throw good parties, and actually know how to talk to girls without being awkward or creepy AF. Pretty good-looking for the most part. Haven't met their winter PC yet but I really liked their fall.
