Delta Zeta/ Alpha Phi: These two chapters will always be TOP TIER no matter what anyone and everyone else says. Looking over the past recruitment, DZ and Aphi are always preferred over the other 3 sororities. A lot of girls put those two for their top prefs as well. DZ has kind of fallen apart this year due to a lot of drama in their chapter but still strong on campus.
Sigma Kappa: This is the house where all the girls THINK they are top tier. They are all around with the sigma chis, DTDs, and Pi Kapps. Definitely more focused in academics. Some odd looking girls.
AOPi: The house all the girls consider if they don't get asked back to DZ, APhi, or Sig Kapp.

Sigma kappa having the most members doesn't make them a top tier house. Their president is strange and big. The only normal looking president this year is the Alpha Phi's
