Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at University of Northern Colorado - UNCO 2.8 Although you all are at the bottom of the tier, that does not mean you are an awful group of girls. Though some of you could work on your ego's and the way you treat others, most of you are absolute sweethearts that I know would make amazing friends and sisters. There is definitely room for improvement, but I'm sure you ladies can figure out something and get back up to middle tier. Love you girls.

Although you all are at the bottom of the tier, that does not mean you are an awful group of girls. Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at University of Northern Colorado - UNCO 2.4 A Phi's are the girls to be (Or at least the girls that rushies want to be). Going through recruitment, this house was my dream goal. During recruitment, these girls seemed to be the most sincere, and lovable girls on campus. Even one of my "best friends" became an Alpha Phi. Or at least she was until she joined A Phi's clique. Although some girls in Alpha Phi are sweet, most of them are not. This house does not represent UNC well, or at least not in comparison to the other sororities.
