Sigma Chi - ΣΧ Fraternity at Tulane University - TU 4.4 Their sweethearts are a Chi O and an SDT, which says a lot. These guys are real fraternity men as opposed to SAE and Sig Ep which, although they self-rank as top tier, the only girls that want to hang out with them are the girls who also self-rank as top tier. I'd rather hang out with real, fun, and chill guys as opposed to douchebags. In my book, Sig Chi is top frat. Idk, I guess half of Tulane Greek Life think popularity means something, but I'd rather make a hierarchy based on quality.
