Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Tulane University - TU 3.0 SAE is on the downhill, but for the meantime they have a couple hot guys and know how to have fun. too bad they actually have no money and arent a real fraternity, and, like the dude down there said, they ride off an old reputation and having a great house location. the only reason they are probably the most noted frat is because they only choose freshmen that are already friends with hot girls. not a bad move tho
